@Namit Raisurana I've seen some advertisements from some Tiny Homes companies that can do it for 45-50K.

I want to build a tiny home community somewhere in south florida and would love to also build a barn or event center for weddings etc. 

Here we don't have "bad" tenants but some people ask for a ton of tiny repairs constantly which costs you money.

Finding land for a tiny home is not as simple as you might think.

It would greatly interest me to put what is known as "tiny houses" 3-4 side by side duplex style on a piece of land and rent them out.Not on wheels, but permanent structures with foundations.

Even give up a tiny bit of equity needed to the builder on it.

Tiny homes were very attractive, but they were expensive, and, where would we put it? 

This deal interested me because was tiny & cheap enough-- with good bones-- to seem like the perfect opportunity to learn how to do a little bit of everything.

I’d say really research the heck out of the market you’re considering because tiny homes / small cabins are not performing well right now, at least in my market. 

So do i need a lender license for tiny consumer line of credit in these states?
