But trying to learn everything out there about real estate is like trying to drink from a firehose.

I'm just remembering not to drink the kool aid.

It was easy to set up and there was no cost other than anything people chose to eat and drink.

Both of those types can be more fit and healthy than someone sitting on the couch eating pork rinds and drinking a case of beer, and both kinds can look healthier while actually be unhealthier.Sorry Boss - No simple answers.

I'm already going off 3-4 hours sleep each day this week trying to get everything finalized on this deal, so Monster Energy drinks have become a dear friend of mine!
