Newbie in Keller, TX

Hey all,

Grady here from Keller, TX.  Moved here about a year ago from San Jose, CA where I still own and am renting out a home.  I ended up on Bigger Pockets because we are seriously considering selling our home in the Bay Area and investing our capitol into several rental properties in the North Fort Worth area.  I have a lot of homework to do, but definitely wanted to say hi.  The site looks great and I'm excited to connect with as many of y'all as I can.
