My cousin is a teacher and simply by playing his cash flow game she learned the concepts of the rat race and now owns 3 rental properties that cash flow quite nicely.

The bottom line is that it was hard work but I now take in more money per month than I ever did when I was a teacher.

I'd like to work with someone who has the heart of a teacher and doesn't just tell me what to do.

.- The instructors/mentors in the US are a little bit more distant as in, they're not as available as they are in Canada and it's simply because of the Student to Teacher ratio.
