The average homeowner you're speaking with wouldn't know the difference between a real estate agent, real estate licensee, CAR realtor and even a real estate broker - they are one and the same thing to them.So I suppose if you are a licensed and acting agent, or also a member of CAR, or simply a non-acting licensee who's acting as a principle in your own transaction and you are never asked, you have the right to not volunteer that information and disclose per se.

I also called a local staffing company and they didn't have a handyperson per se, but only did trades (roofing, painting, etc), which would mean you would have to hire multiple people to accomplish a few simple tasks.
