Foreclosures, tax liens, death in family water shut off,  all the same.Obviously, only a tiny fraction of the general population are motivated sellers. 

Another new area are tiny homes which is more of an urban play towards smaller-sized households and those looking to downsize.

BUT, I was thinking if I was to tear it down and put up a couple of tiny homes on it, maybe modular homes, it has space for two and zoned for it.

A tiny minority of Millennials have stupendous wealth while the remaining are struggling to afford rent or buy a home. 

I’m thinking more like a tiny house concept.

A tiny bit of peeling paint, uneven sidewalk, overflow/relief pipe from the water heater not 18" off the floor, wobbly handrails, cracked pane of glass and the list goes on. 

Tiny house is currently a short term rental.

This is a really tiny house, smaller than apartments  and I am not buying the garage conversion.

In 2015 the town estimated Big Sky as a place was only about 40% built out and by 2025 it would be nearly 100% built on the tiny amount of developable land here in the shadow of Lone Peak and nestled amongst National Forests and Yellowstone National Park to the South.
