@Jeff CopelandJeff, your suggestion sparked some action from me and I set up a Google adwords campaign.  

What sparked my interest in real estate investing was the unfortunate fact that I consistantly lose money betting on the stock market, and I'm looking for a better place to put my savings to work.

Would you like information on how to transform your life from the one you have to the one you dream of?

We don't own any of the diciplines it takes to transform raw land to building lots then homes to sell.We sub it all out. so technically I think we are the developer.. only.. we hire GC to build for us on a fee basis. 

Some areas have transformed over the years and national tenants would want to possibly go into one of your spaces if a local vacates.

That sparked ideas and helped me find contacts that could get me started.  

Real estate is something that sparks my interest and gets me excited so I would love for anyone to let me know of some tips for beginners.
