Hey there! I'm Cody Jurgens from the Portland, Oregon area and am a new member here. I am new to investing and have not yet made any deals. Right now, I am trying to educate myself as much as I can by books, and now from here on bigger pockets. I want to network while gaining as much knowledge as I can from like minded individuals. All I want to do is learn more right now. Real estate is something that sparks my interest and gets me excited so I would love for anyone to let me know of some tips for beginners.
