These are NOT actions that a Plaintiff (Mortgagee) can generally cause to take place or not to take place.The property being auctioned is not at the will, leisure or whim of the Plaintiff (Mortgagee) to decide when the court's order can and will be carried out.

There are a lot of other sectors of business that are starting to feel these restrictions now and more layoffs will happen.
