For those that insist on breaking laws and ordinances, I'd think the smaller the size the better, like the size of a dollar bill as it may be mistaken for some windshield flyer and not a sign.I'll post my attitude again.......Anyone who is knowingly and willing to break laws and ordinances screams their business ethics to the public, you know they are willing to cheat some, the only question becomes, to what extent will they not cheat or break laws?

So if you sell every 10 people you talk to and you have to pitch 30 people to get the 10 appointments figure it out.That's 1200 touches of new people per year and you make 200k..... good luckjim I can definitely see your attitude playing a huge part In it!

The dealers that make the offers are pros at negotiating, and they always have a reluctant buyer attitude"oh Mr. consumer I'd love to be able to give you all cash for your car quickly and I can usually do it within 24 hours but the number you know is not going to be a great number but will be a number that we think is fair.

In regards to the close-minded attitudes, I would say that some Realtors are comfortable in their niches and, as you mentioned, may or may not be open to different opportunities because they are comfortable, complacent, or have enough business otherwise.
