Hey all, this will be my first post here. I've been lurking around of the forums here lately because there is so much great information.

Really looking to start rehabbing houses, but I have no line of credit because I'm almost 19 and no one has ever been able to co-sign a loan for me :cry: . Anyways like I said I hope to learn as much as I can from the veterans of this site, so that maybe one day I can call myself a real estate guru and I can pass my knowledge down to people also.

Currently I work for Wal-mart and do not have my high school diploma yet, due to certain circumstances I was unable to graduate and I am having problems staying motivated. Everyone agrees that I'm one of the smartest book smart people that know but I'm arrogant and lazy, I just hope I can save myself eventual so I can make my family and friends
proud to say they know me.

Sorry it was a little embarrassing for me to talk about all this because I'm a little ashamed
