That’s why agents are licensed, have to take ethics courses, pass background checks, follow rules and are regulated by a governing body.

I would think a tattoo might lead me to believe you might be more creative since you have artwork on large portions of your body.

Also would be dishonest from the builders standpoint considering they are marketing it as a investment type property fully knowing that the reigns will he handed over to a different governing body once this last unit sells. 

Its probably the wax ring in the toilet 10 bux,  or shower body,$150 really not a big deal.

She is not responding to me or my new property manager.I'm going to send a demand letter, and I'm also considering reporting her to the State of Michigan licensing body (she's a broker and has a real estate license).

Looks like toilet, vanity and tile around the shower body were ripped out.

If you're really upset you could file a complaint with his association of realtors and the licensing body in your state. 

But I am constantly amazed at the lengths people will go through not to risk any form of embarrassment, as if they're not going to be putrefied body ash and worm s**t just like the rest of us when it's all over.
