There are definitely more opportunities out there to make more aggressive returns that we could bounce off each other.

I am a pretty good sounding board and I love working with other people to bounce ideas around and get deals done.

All played the fuzzy math game of almost paying on time, a few bounced checks here and there, a missed half month payment (since they couldn't quite pay in full each month, after a few months in the house), and my the favorite excuse: "I just switched jobs - first check arrives in two weeks"... after being behind for the past month.Unfortunately, I made my mistakes and had to learn from them, once I figured out the pattern.

@Dan Krupa - There are a lot of really good ones out there, and some are built right into the property management platform too so your payments are recorded in your accounting software when it arrives and automatically backed out in the event it bounces (a couple were mentioned above).
