I have been reading about real estate for many years and I'm currently reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller. 

Hi everyone, I am a new agent with Keller Williams in the Dallas Metro North market.

On the other hand, some moderate school districts where the ARV's are slightly lower, but rents remain strong are Garland, HEB, Keller, North Richland Hills, SW Arlington & some of the smaller communities north of Dallas.

My husband and I are from Keller, Texas and have been full time investors for a little over 2 years with 18 years of rehabbing experience.

The downside with this place is that you can only refer deals and not actually broker any yourself.That said, I'm sure there are plenty of brokers that are flat fee or low cost that would happily take you on.I'd suggest you take a look at Keller Williams so that you can go through their new agent training program.
