Looking for a good lender in Austin, TX

Hi everyone,

Would any of you happen to know of any good lenders at some small banks or credit unions around Austin, TX that will do private lines of credit or loans for renovations on a house?

I have a client that's purchasing a home in The Highlands area of Austin near 51st and Airport that's about 900 sqft. and she's looking to add on to it after she closes on the house.

The repairs are going to be pretty extensive, but she's well qualified and has good cash reserves as a back up. She just doesn't want to use all of her cash if she can avoid it, and she wants the rehab loan to be separate from the mortgage.

Any advice and contacts you can share are greatly appreciated!

Thank you,
