With the passed year forcing ppl to live below their normal means, do you think building a tiny home community would be a profitable real estate investment. 

I've found articles indicating that tiny houses/adu's are allowed but it sounds like if it doesn't meet a certain sqft count, then permit is not needed?

You will get a few here and there sprinkled in some parts of NW as well such as Petworth.Also be aware that due to the tiny amount of multis that exist, and that the highest and best use of them are typically as condo conversions, that it will be very hard to acquire one. 

Hello everyone,I had this question about the tiny home regulation in Los Angeles county.Since the city is over saturated with overpriced properties, why not buy a piece of land (in the Hollywood Hills for example) and set up a couple tiny home on it?

The rent seems high for the tiny size.

I have a tiny cabin in a tiny cabin community.

Then poke a tiny hole through to the back side of the stairs (usually this area is just used as a storage closet anyway) and make up all of your low voltage wires and transformer there where it's out of sight. 

And... this is a tiny nit to pick and I don´t mean it to come across offensively at all.
