Structural integrity: One of the most important considerations is the structural integrity of the garage.

In a perfect world, I'd see new/existing solutions build integration with a service like FileThis.com, which targets financial services and acts as a time-limited middleman service between consumers and those needing temporary access to sensitive financial documents.  

There are also greats apps to integrate with QBO for pretty cheap that can handle amortization and depreciation for you and book the entries automatically if you want.
