Wanted to know if anyone posted about Blue Pacific Solutions Group.

Fort Hill is well positioned between multiple hospitals, financial institutions, and colleges and offers public transportation within short walking distance.I'm looking to connect with people who have had success (or failure) going this route prior to taking the leap and buying a bunch of furnishing that I'm sure I'll take a bath in the case I need to get rid of it should this strategy not pan out.

All dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc, came from Goodwill for pennies.

You might want to put one of those plastic pans under the dishwasher.

My usual methods aren't panning out.

Add to that the beautiful Pacific Ocean that stretches all along Californias beautiful coast, where it's not uncommon to gaze out the car window and see whales swimming.

Usually its higher, because something else is needed, such as new plenums, drain pan, float switch, flue, etc....

And then every once in awhile a good one slips through the cracks.I think you have your answer already, backed up by the responses here: keep marketing and talking to sellers, and the off market approach will start to pan out for you.

I have seen many projects on the Pacific coast that offer finance, to me they are way over priced.
