I live in the Prince Georges County area (MARYLAND) and I am always running across vacant houses when driving for dollars? I'm able to find the owners names via public records. What are the best ways to find these individuals phone numbers to contact these owners ?

I've had good luck using public records to find the owners of my #1 batch of mailers from April for about 20 vacant homes... and I was able to scrape the internet, Google, Facebook, Nuwber, 411, and some family tree websites for their current addresses (and some phone numbers) to send them letters.

This round for my May marketing letters, I found 49 vacant houses on Sunday and I've spent TOO MUCH time this week looking for the owners. My usual methods aren't panning out. Only found 5 out of 49 this time after "strategized stalking" online, LoL. I'm looking for current addresses, you're looking for phone numbers. You may have better luck with that actually on some of the sites I listed...
