I go to FIBI (For Investor By Investor) meetings and they have a house flipping panel a few times a year and the real pros who claim they flip 5 to 10 homes per month tell horror stories about their projects that fail.

Going to have to hard wire smoke detectors since that’s a requirement for all 3 families in RI, deal with National Grid on getting gas meters in there, run electrical for a new panel, It’s just going be a headache.What you should look to do is find a legal 2 unit that has a townhouse (VERY common in Providence).

Okay so I'm looking to by my personal home and I'm looking two for some Equity as soon as I move in assuming that I have bought correctly what are some renovations that I can do that will bring equity besides the same kitchen and bathroom will I gain any Equity from doing things like removing wood paneling and putting up drywall but basically I'm looking for some type of list of things to help improve the house and get as much equity as possible
