Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $44,000

Bought this as my primary. We are upgrading and expanding the kitchen, renovating the master bath and installing central air. We also have to upgrade the electrical panel and put on a new roof. Our goal is to sell and buy a new primary.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

needed a house to live in. Also wanted a project to do.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

This was listed on the MLS.. i know i know.

Conventional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

having my own crew to help do the live in rehab.
