Looking to get a heloc after renovations
Okay so I'm looking to by my personal home and I'm looking two for some Equity as soon as I move in assuming that I have bought correctly what are some renovations that I can do that will bring equity besides the same kitchen and bathroom will I gain any Equity from doing things like removing wood paneling and putting up drywall but basically I'm looking for some type of list of things to help improve the house and get as much equity as possible
