It might be a predicament that many places are facing, but you can't just trust two realtors.

Come now that would be silly.See,  I guess it depends on each person what is moral and acceptable.

So the moral of the story is to always maintain control of your contractors and thoroughly vet them before giving them any big jobs.

But yes character is important as well as a moral obligation to try to do the right thing.And it depends on the situation.. are you sitting in front of a little old person who does not know the true value and make low ball offers until one hits..
