In the scheme of things waiting two years won't kill you but if you can try and get involved and learn as much as you can for the time being.

We like the condo fix & flip being limited to basic renovations such as hardwood, countertops, paint schemes.

I am not looking for a "get rich quick" strategy or scheme, just an individual(s) who would be open to answering any questions I may have along the way.

My understanding is that the RI lead laws are actually better than the equivalent Massachusetts laws (for landlords), but still not easy in the grand scheme of things.The trick with the lead laws is that you have to comply with both state and Federal regulations.

I'm ready to get my feet wet and start educating myself on the ever changing real estate business not just as a get rich quick scheme as so many people come to believe  but to provide comfort and sustainability for my family and I in the long term aspect of things.

It pushes the idea of real estate as a long term investment as opposed to a short term get rich quick scheme.

I'm not looking for a shortcut, or a GRQ scheme, no bootcamps or overpriced seminars.

I have a thick skin & unlike many millenials- bitcoin or quick money making stressful investment schemes including stocks (without solid research - analysis & a guide or mentor) hasn’t really been my thing.
