Hi,

My name is Ian. I own a HVAC contracting firm in New York. My experience in HVAC has giving me a good foundation in and I've always had a great interest for RE and I am now ready to begin my journey. I am not looking for a "get rich quick" strategy or scheme, just an individual(s) who would be open to answering any questions I may have along the way. My plan is to start out "wholesaling" to get a feel for the markets and progress from there
