Most likely.On the surface though if the BRRRR strategy does qualify it could be a great vehicle to building wealth through OZ's. 

Question, is it better to by a flat surface top or one that has heating coils instead?

It does seem like a good deal on the surface.

Pros: Decide what you can handle yourself and where you need a pro's touch.Why Repairs Can Snowball:- Sneaky Surprises: Sometimes, there are issues lurking beneath the surface that only show up during repairs.- The Domino Effect: Fixing one thing can reveal a whole web of related problems, expanding the work needed.- Market Tricks: Sellers might list low to attract buyers in hot markets.

However, we put granite/quartz, stainless appliances and hard surfaces in most of our rentals and we see great results. 

I think most people now understand that transmission via surfaces/touch is almost impossible, but people still freak out about irrational and scientifically impossible things all the time so who knows.

Over the course of the next 6 months I'm already converting the carpet to LVT flooring, countertops to Solid Surface, fuse boxes (yes, fuse boxes) to breaker boxes, and numerous other repairs/upgrades.

In TN:  replacing the surface boards on a deck and was told that the 4 inch by 4 inch posts were no longer in compliance with code so we should replace them with 6 inch by 6 inch posts. 

Maybe feature that more prominently.The radiators and surface wiring don't make a good impression, in my mind.

Some will have too much shade, face the wrong direction, have an unsuitable roof surface or not enough room on the roof, etc.
