Range oven question
Hi everyone. I recently bought a rental property and I need to replace the range oven. Question, is it better to by a flat surface top or one that has heating coils instead? Aesthetically the flat top looks better, ONLY if the tenant takes care of it. Thoughts?

Depends on price points, but for mine, I do ones with coils. As you said the glass top ones are easy to damage and can be harder to clean. Also if a burner goes out on the coil ones, it is dead easy to replace it.
