My biggest fear is that a tornado destroys all the homes and my insurance won't be able to cover all of the damages, and if it can there is a huge shortage of new mobile homes and infilling the park will take very long.

,I had a similar situation early in the pandemic, when there was a TP shortage, tenant flushed some paper towels down the toilet-- completely backed it up.   

I am leaning this route for my next property. yes, we have a housing shortage in our market of columbus oh. putting together the package now. looking at building the same building over and over and basically building one at a time and growing from there, keeping land cost low.

This, in a city where tourism is a MAJOR contributor to the economy.As for housing shortages and high costs - the solutions are simple - increase supply and get government regulation out of the free market. 

Cities/states are losing out on tax income from illegal operators and an increasing number are blaming short-term rentals for the shortage of houses on the market to purchase or rent long-term. 

We have a shortage of inventory and a lot of hungry home buyers- including those looking to do house hacks (I did one myself in 2015).

But far as issues, my only one is more, I'd like more hosting-partners because I have plenty of properties that come through pipe-line as viable, no shortage there.

I just had the photographer come before they were installed due to a supply shortage.

I hope cities around the country relax some zoning rules and make changes because we need it to get out of the shortage. 

We are at a housing shortage and landlords have had a nice spike in rental income over the past couple years but this housing shortage also led to low inventory and high prices.I would say it will be very tough to find a cash flow positive single family property, especially on market.
