Are investors usually quick with wanting the birddog to find them a deal, like hurry hurry hurry and a persistant phone call?.

If you have a good reason and you are smart about it and persistent, it is likely you will get a refund unless it clearly states no refunds in the agreement.

Be persistent, and you'll find good deals.

You will have to get un-comfortable and take smart risks, be persistent and focused.

This isn't magic it's consistent and persistent application of proven REI strategies that are tried and true and represented very well in the BP community. 

My score is too low to get a promising loan but I'm persistent to find that deal that will get the ball rolling.

Some people might call that luck, but I think it has to do with persistence and knowing what you want, and maybe a little luck : ) my point is get out there tell everyone what you want to do, if they say no ask why and fix it.

Persistence will be key.

A tagline used on some other forums I visit is "patience and persistence will overcome most obstacles."  

Unfortunately all of my luck has been disguised as persistence lol.
