What is the best way to get into Real Estate Investing?

I thought wholesaling was what I wanted to do. Turns out its its not what I want to do with Real Estate, I want to be a flipper. A project manager. I heard a BP Podcast and the man said the easiest way to get into it was being a Flipper. Getting properties off wholesalers! Also being a Buy & Hold sounds like the perfect way to achieve true wealth. It sounds so simple. Question is, how do I really get this going? Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

Luis Alfaro if you want to flip houses I would recommend finding a flipper in your area and going to work for them. Start at the bottom, learn and work your way up. Managing projects is a lot of work, there is a ton to know. How are you planning on funding your projects? Any creditable private/hard money lender is going to want to see you have experience in successfully pulling off a flip or two (maybe more). I am not saying what you want cannot be done, it can! I am saying you have to start somewhere, learn what you are doing. Become a master of your craft. To make money you have to either have money or become GREAT at creating value. Build a reputation for doing what you say! Wealth is built over time. Prepare yourself for that, take educated steps everyday and success will follow!

To your success bud!
