Following this thread, we are a group of abt 10 doctors/dentists (all good friends) who want to jump into commercial RE with long term goals.

Doctors are QuacksLawyers are crooksPriests are pedifilesUsed car Salesmen are a jokereal estate sales agents are weasels. politicians are fraudsAnd of course contractors are Cons.We live in such a wonderful and trusting World nowadays don't we?

And REIAs are just like the Gurus, attorneys, doctors, politicians, teachers or anyone else.

Look at college degrees doctorates and PHds - can you buy a cup of coffee with any of the certifications??

That then gives you the knowledge to seek out people (like doctors and other highly-compensated people) seeking to grow their funds and less risk than Wall Street.

Look around at any business (lawyers, doctors, auto repair, realtor ect..) we all needs leads to funnel into our business.

My dog and kids bring a ton of dirt into my house so I own a rug doctor I use to clean the carpets and I always vacuum and mop. 

Do you use Web MD as your end all be all when you have a health issue or do you go and see a doctor?  

We've had a lot of doctor-dentist househack clients find great investments and do well with that loan in Everett and surrounding areas.
