No Money Down Real Estate Investing

Hi All,

I would like to invest in multi-family properties in the NY Tri-state area.  In order for me to begin investing I would need an investor as a partner.  Is it better to find a good deal first then find an investor or should I have an investor lined up before I search for deals?

Look forward to hearing your answers.  Thanks for your help with this question.

Chris
