My first thought was to get a locking dumpster, but seeing how they throw trash bags at  the dumpster, I don't know if having a lock will make that big of a difference.

I Started rehabbing in 2000 with almost no help from the internet even though I had been online since 1993 (just my mentioning of Compuserve and American Online authenticates my historical context :) ) - Thought REI was about rehabbing as I was taking my earnings from computer networking (a final frontier before REI imo) and plunging it into rehabs but couldn't seem to financially justify living off of it until I found CRE in 2002-2003.

I have been nothing but professional and courteous with her, as I enforced the rules of our written lease.On one hand, I think "I'm the professional" and should not dignify her conduct by responding at all, while the other side of me does not want to set a precedent where she can use me as a verbal punching bag during her residency.Another piece of information that might be germane is her unit it totally trashed (she has lived there for 10 years) and would take about $6k to turn it over.
