The the tenant vacated the apartment this past weekend (again as agreed upon) and now I can contact the court today and cancel the upcoming court date.I'd say that was a pretty successful negotiation (without getting burned or slipping up ;)I have to say I'm still quite amused at how quickly some investors / landlords are quick to give up without even trying to re-coop money that is owed to them.Don't let the naysayers stop you.
