I'm not sure if you're familiar with cruise lines, but the Norwegian Cruise line just announced a 400 million add-on to dock 1 mile away from our Belize properties.

That's a little high, but really not that far off of expectation.If I then add on your annual debt service of $10,800, I'm up to $18,869.

Personally, if you plan to do the work, but have a regular job, add on a couple of months to complete.

Talk to the building inspectors about what codes or what the year is calling in regulations add ons.
