As we all know Chrysler went deep about 4 months back breaking ground on what is to be the largest new automotive plant America has seen in 10 years.

From the Austin-American Statesman:"In one of the largest economic development projects in Austin’s history, electric automaker Tesla says it will build a $1.1 billion assembly plant in Travis County that will employ 5,000 people.Wages at the factory — to be located on 2,100 acres off Texas 130 and Harold Green Road — will start at $35,000 annually, counting benefits, bringing job opportunities and investment to a southeastern portion of the county that officials say is sorely in need of them.It will produce the electric vehicle maker’s upcoming Cybertruck electric pickup, as well as be a second site to build its Model Y SUV.

I look up and there is popcorn texture.

I have taught about covering the wall with drywall or textured concrete but I honestly dont think it is worth the money or effort for the bottom line.

Christina  , i have 3 properties  just purchased  , thanks for the advise , bringing in remodel guys for paint /texture /cabinets .....really just need a good plumber and electrician  , the rest i can do myself,  will hang out  over there about 3-4 days at a time  , in about a 3 month span  , have 3 properties , 1 month each property .....how many did you rehab  ?

Currently moving onto texture and painting of interior as well as door frames and doors.

I plant my money where I buy at 50k and get 700+ rent or more. spent 45k and im getting 735 a month.
