Hi Everyone,

I have a place in Clearwater Beach FL, and we are restricted to a 30 day minimum.  Currently marketing on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, and VRBO.  I have a 30 day min on the setting.

Had some vacancy this fall, still happening right now, and I wanted to see what marketings tips and what websites you recommend for FL medium term rentals?

@Rob Lawrence  you have several Morton Plant Hospitals in your area. See if you can figure out who is their coordinator for bringing  on travel nurses, there is a good chance they are utilizing them, especially now. That's one avenue.

Also, if you get on Facebook and search travel nurse housing, there will be lots of results. Some of the sights require you to be a registered RN, but others will let you join and post your property.

Hopefully those ideas will help.
