I just took a Fundamentals of Accounting class from the local community college, and I think that has prepared me to tackle QB again.

I want to make sure I'm not breaking any rules and certainly do not want to spam people, just wanted to connect with people nearby our area as the investor community here is small and tight knit, but larger in Sac :)Any insights would be much appreciated, and apologies if my connections seemed "spammy".

Maybe when I called from an unknown number that is unfamiliar to her, she probably just went ahead and block me or marked my number as spam since it's also an out of state area code that is calling her.2.)

@Anthony Nunez The website can flag you if messages are going out to rapidly, it looks like spam.  

How is everyone preparing to tackle this if this passes?

I may consider seeing if he'd be interested in becoming a private lender with me to tackle a deal where I currently live, or someone in Baltimore, MD or Columbus, OH.

I studied a month or two using the forum, read Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth and feel I was fully ready to tackle it on my own.
