Brian Burke has a great book published by bigger pockets where he talks about how to properly choose the right syndicator.

Looks like Brentin Mock managed to get his article published by another website.

The only thing different is the product, but the stories are all the same:"I couldn't pay my water bill because a tree crushed my car and I couldn't get to work so I got fired and I had money saved up but my neighbor Tiny Tim needed new crutches""I couldn't turn my assignment in on time because my mother, my aunt, and my best friend's boyfriend all died in the same week and I left my computer in one of the funeral homes""I can't pay the rent until next week because I won the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes but I had to send them the money I was going to use for rent as a deposit to hold my winnings"🤣🤣

@Adam Craig yes you can do listings from Cozy..though I do not think we have actually listed a rental in over 2 years..we tell existing tenants and have a wait list just from that (but I am in a super tight rental market commuting distance from Portland, OR)   I know for sure they publish to or allow a link to publish on many listing sites. 

I just read a published article today by the Columbus Dispatch that Franklin County home values are supposed to rise by 30-35% with re-appraisal.

There are some great books out there, even a few published by biggerpockets. 

You’re not getting any responses for a reason…There is published guidance — title companies that close subto on federally-backed mortgages risk being blackballed forever from closing similar loans. 

I took the course published by the owner of that website and totally changed my approach to hiring overseas employees.

I understand that consistently posting is very important, so my number 1 priority is building out a pipeline of posts/stories that are ready to publish.

You can also call your local housing authority to see if there are any grants or low interest loans that aren't published online.
