There are so many samples of yellow letters and postcards that I don't know where to start first. 

I sent out my first mailing of postcards beginning of september to a list of 540 absentee owners and recieved 0 calls.

Curt, thanks, you are right, I have put out way more than that buying books, tapes, seminars, systems, mailing letters and postcards, etc, etc.

Yellow letters or postcards? 

.- Direct mail including postcards, etc.- Personal circle/sphere of influence - calling all of your friends, family members, neighbors, co-workers (past and present), businesses you frequent (dry cleaners, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, etc.).

They through most of the postcards away at first glance anyway.

I was hoping someone might know, if it is legal to put a name on business cards you hand out, or on a post card you send out a company name that hasn't been registered by you AND has been confirmed that it isn't already taken.

Once you pick your design, you can get your art work done by a graphic artist pretty cheap, and most printers have the bulk rate if you are doing postcards, if you are doing letters, I would use a stamp.

I heard a pretty cool idea for postcard on the podcast the other day (sorry I'm not sure which).
