I haven't heard of a new gas stove that doesn't require a 110 outlet in a long time so I had to look it up - imagine my surprise to see that GE makes a cordless model that takes a 9V battery for the ignitors.

.:   However, the inspector also said the attic needs more ventilation and there are exposed electrical wires that should be addressed, so people have to go up there.What does he mean by "exposed electrical wires"  There is nothing wrong with cables running along joists to lights, outlets, etc.

I get what Adam was saying, i.e. quit wasting time on unproductive behavior, and I would agree with that, but everyone has to have an outlet and something "fun" to do.

Plan) Get permits on every house, never use a GC to hang a fan, replace outlets, or work  on the panel.

Change to 110 outlet and run water line from sink (should be easy) Drop new 220 or gas on wall that you want to open and do a bar style with freestanding or slide in range.
