@Lakesha Miller  Whenever you have a request for cable/ satellite insist on being there or specify a specific location. 

Ask the seller to shave $10K off the price for the job, $20K if it's a long line or the property is built up on a hill and it will take extreme digging to dig the line out.The seller will likely refuse, insist that the sewer line has always worked fine, and then you should go back with a $5K request, explaining that it's a real risk for you.

If you are buying and there is a title company involved why aren't you insisting on a special warranty deed from the seller?

If you insist on doing what you plan to do, I would suggest you invest in the Detroit suburbs.
