I believe them when they say that they can't pay more than $850, because they've chosen to spend their income on other things.

When a property owner hires a commission-based real estate agent to place a tenant, there is one glaring problem: How many applicants will be evaluated by the hired agent before the one gets chosen?  

You have chosen the wrong business path if your are unable to make decisions without emotional conflicts.
