I tried Faith Farm and they said they would need an itemized list of everything and wouldn't take stuff that wasn't itemized (no way that list would be huge).I'll keep calling around.

I also didn't follow the program 100% and put a little too much faith in partners.

Baltazar Camacho those are a great idea, but do not work if you are not local to where your vacation rental is, or if you don't have a standard door that they fit, or if you don't really have a lot of faith in yourself or your housekeeper to change the code and the batteries and keep a log., etc.

You will assess it then.I would ask the seller for the background of the tenants though, I have very little faith in last minute tenants being placed by a seller.

Personally I do not have much faith in paper assets/Wall Street.
