If those are the current body colors of the house, I'd go with a rich, warm hue for the entry, like a deep burgundy, and unless it has a decided function, remove the glass "storm" door.Find a couple of matching, cool-looking mailboxes and position them together centered under the window.I'd also paint the garage doors a dark gray, about halfway between the siding and roof colors.Replace the carriage fixtures with something clean-lined and contemporary, and much LARGER.Then, do some landscaping... start with about 3-5 junipers or anything that grows tightly (almost straight upward) in a column-like form, plant them in a row along the front of the walkway, maybe with some seasonal color at ground level. 

If you don't end up doing that, I'd like to hear more about what the numbers look like and what you're expectations are given the texture of the market.

Recent news on this project citing that North Carolina is now out of the running for the potential development from Micron, strengthening Central Texas' potential to snag this plant.  

According to NY Press News, Micron has moved Austin to one of its top picks to build a new chip manufacturing plant.

This spring he messaged me asking if he could spruce up the yard more than just mowing, he put together an idea of what he wanted to do, cleared up all the weeds, around the house got some plants from his friends and mulched around the house and put in some plants.

One tenant just did some yard work - mulch, plants, rocks, etc, it looks really good!

I would expect the Engineers with families/ kids to live near good schools in RRISD (maybe PFISD/ LISD) and commute to the new Samsung plant since these district(s) fare far better than neighboring other ISD. 

Clear brush/trees, subdivide and sell lots, build RV/Boat storage (Texas counties have no zoning), Self storage, add some ponds, plant some trees, look for "Bad" properties and make them good.
