Columbus has a housing shortage by 7000 units every year.

You need to give the location of the need, ideally the scope of the problem/need.Its a tough situation for us landlords re appliances.  1st there was a sever shortage last year and before especially affecting cheaper refridgeratiors.   

The market I am in has been booming for the past 15 years and there is/was in the past a very big shortage of quality labor due to the labors ability to go to the new construction market, make better money, and easier money. 

There is a shortage of affordable housing, so houses are moving fast. 

That said, there is a huge shortage of LTRs in the Joshua Tree area.

Where there is high demand, there will be a shortage of properties.

There's still a nationwide shortage. 

Rent control policies have been shown to lead to a shortage of rental housing in other cities and states.

I can not speak for the quality of the course itself however I can speak about special needs housing from experience. 1) there is an extreme shortage of housing for special needs persons.
