Kokomo, IN Market Seems To Be A Hidden Gem

Our wholesale company recently expanded into this market. We have noticed that the quality of homes are good for a good price. The increase has not seemed to creep up to this area as much as Indy and other areas. There are new developments, like the new Jeep plant going in where all of the batteries for the electric Jeep will be made. Estimates are that 2,500 new jobs will be created. Also, the city is on the upswing with work and rehab projects. Homes seem to be selling quickly. 


Has anyone else found this to be true?
