Definitely a good sector when a local population is in transit, downsizing, upsizing, or moving households.

Unless new companies move in and create replacement jobs, your tenants will be forced to take lower-paying service sector jobs.

Maybe you should join a local networking club that may have real estate investors whom are in the development sector of the industry.
