Member introduction - Ariella from Sydney

Hello to everyone at BP. My name is Ariella Polter and I live in sunny Sydney, Australia.

I currently work in the home maintenance and lease cleaning business sector but recently developed a strong interest towards real estate investment. My husband and I are about to inherit a small property in the rear western suburb in Sydney and we're exploring our options for renting out and purchasing a bigger house for our family to live in as we're currently paying a rent ourselves.

The property we're about to inherit is not a great deal in terms of equity and is located in an area with low RE demand. 

We'll appreciate any advice and resources that are sent our way as we are still new to property management. We're basically looking for low investment opportunities that offer high security as we have no savings to leverage over eventual losses.
