Midsouth is more picky about the houses they manage but are a fine-tuned machine.  90% of the time, these two companies are invisible. 

Do they have coin laundry or free wash machines?

(I noticed this was the set up at another property.)For machines, do you run into jams or issues with the coin box?

There are ozone machines you can purchase to help clear the smoke smell out of a property.
